Meet Captain Nicolas Gustin, a USCG-licensed captain with a lifelong passion for fishing and a dream turned reality. Born in France, Nicolas moved to the United States at 18 to chase new opportunities and never looked back. Drawn to the ocean from a young age, he always knew he wanted to become a fishing guide. For the past five years, he’s called the Florida Keys home, living and working in one of the world’s true fishing capitals. Grateful for the journey and the life he’s built on the water, Captain Nicolas is dedicated to sharing unforgettable experiences with every guest who steps aboard.
Joe Qualkenbush is a passionate angler with a lifetime of experience on the water. Originally from Michigan, Joe grew up fishing the Great Lakes, where he developed a deep respect for the sport and the outdoors from an early age.
For over 10 years, Joe made regular trips to Key West, drawn by its world-class fishing and unique waters. What started as a yearly escape quickly turned into something more—and eventually, he made the move to call Key West home.
Now a full-time local and owner, Joe combines years of experience with a true love for the water delivering fun, laid-back, and action-packed days on every trip.
